Executes maintainance of employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating
Ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Processes all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
Prepares periodical and ad-hoc reporting
Acts as point of contact for standard employee questions and communication to employees and managers on a day to day basis
Coordinates and drives HR related projects of medium complexity and administers specific topics (employer branding, local benefits, etc.)
Oversees hiring process end-to-end incl. informing applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
