Development and execution of innovative and appropriate recruitment solutions to attract quality staff in line with business requirements.
Manage recruitment process – preparing job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews and implementing a system for tracking all applicants, ensuring process is continually updated.
Maintain an up to date record of current vacancies and supports the line manager in filling these, ensuring that departmental headcounts are not exceeded.
Produce weekly/monthly recruitment status reports.
Contributing in delivering the manpower recruitment objectives within agreed timeline and parameters.
Assist in creation, review and updation of the GAL competency framework to match the current requirements of the organisation.
Main point of contact for all new candidates, manage on boarding activities.
Carry out investigations and disciplinary as delegated.
Suggest solutions to resolve complex HR queries that require the interpretation of policies.
Liaising with a wide range of employees including Managers to answer day to day employee welfare queries.
Support in completion of employee engagement impact plans.
Act as an ambassador for the Employee Engagement Survey.
Assist in preparation and validation of Job Descriptions for the positions in the company as and when required.
Conducting exit interviews for all employees in and provide feedback.
Participation in HRMS related projects as per requirements.
Any other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management.
