HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on hiring top-tier talent for roles in the aesthetic, beauty, and healthcare sectors. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

• Proactively source, identify, and attract top talent for various positions within the aesthetic industry, including beauty therapists, sales staff, medical professionals, customer service representatives, and administrative roles.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and industry networks to find qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of professionals with experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and related fields.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all open positions, from posting job ads and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate in-person or virtual interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
• Candidate Experience:
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Guide candidates through interview and onboarding stages, addressing any queries and maintaining engagement until their start date.
• Employer Branding & Networking:
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand and attract qualified talent.
• Leverage social media and professional networks to raise awareness of job opportunities and build the company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the aesthetic industry.
