Description
This role will require the incumbent to:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct process assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement transformation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilise HR analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives. Drive change initiatives within the HR function, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certifications such as PMP, SHRM-CP, HRMP, PHR, or relevant are advantageous. Proven 3-5 years of experience in HR project management, transformation, or equivalent roles. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/HRMS systems, and HR analytics tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills. Ability to align projects with organisational goals and drive strategic initiatives. Understanding of government systems and data capture methodologies.
