Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Minimum 10+ years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within recruitment/staffing or a related industry.
In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws, recruitment processes, and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
