As HR Operation Executive some of your responsibilities will include:
HR Data Collection and Management
- Maintain HR data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reliable reporting
- Support data cleaning and preparation processes, ensuring high data quality and identifying discrepancies or data gaps
- Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to oversee data governance practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Process Improvement and Automation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, particularly around data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support initiatives to automate manual reporting tasks, working with the People Operations Manager and IT to make HR data more accessible and self-service
- Collaborate on the development of SOPs for HR data handling and reporting, contributing to process consistency and efficiency
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, headcount, and diversity, providing insights to support strategic P&C decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and standardized reports, enabling the P&C team to monitor KPIs and track progress toward goals
- Generate ad hoc reports in response to specific business questions or P&C initiatives, providing actionable insights tailored to stakeholder needs
Data Visualization and Presentation
- Create compelling data visualizations that convey HR insights clearly and effectively to P&C and other business stakeholders
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and D365 to build user-friendly visualizations that simplify complex data sets
- Present findings and insights to HR and business leaders, using storytelling to highlight trends and implications for HR strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Support
- Partner with TA, L&D, Payroll, HRIS, HRBPs, IT, Finance, and other departments to align on data requirements and support P&C projects effectively
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for data-related projects, ensuring clarity and timely delivery of project objectives
- Act as a resource for P&C team members on data-related questions, contributing to data-driven culture within the department

Technical Skills
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting within an HR or business operations context
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, D365) to create intuitive, high-impact visuals
- Database Management: Basic knowledge of database management and data warehousing principles; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Automation: Experience in automating data processes is highly desirable, with exposure to tools that streamline reporting workflows
HR Operations Knowledge
- Good understanding of core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR metrics
- Familiarity with key HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover, engagement, headcount, and diversity metrics
Interpersonal Skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience working in cross-functional teams; able to build relationships across HR, IT, and other departments
- Problem-solving: Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a similar role, within HR or a related function
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in data analytics or HR analytics are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SHRM Analytics)
- Experience with HRIS and HR data systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
