We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance for our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, enhance workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and company policies.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in HR policy development and process improvements.
Coordinate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
