Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.
Formulates feasible short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for performance metrics based on data insights and presents recommendations to management.
Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.
