Responsibilities:
#1. Provide general administrative support, such as preparing Memos, correspondence, forms, and reports, advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, and verifying employment, contracts, and compensation in compliance with the organization’s policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
#2. Interpret, assist, and inform employees and in charges regarding leave management, benefits, performance appraisal process, and HR procedures and policies.
#3. Employee induction, joining orientations, onboarding as well as releasing formalities and exit interviews.
#4. Conduct regular HR trainings and coordinate with HSE for Safety & security inductions.
#5. Maintain confidentiality concerning employee relations, personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans.
#6. As an ISO process owner, to ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit.
#7. Mobilization and Onboarding process including but not limited to induction, visa processing, status changes, family visa applications, health insurance applications, work permits, etc.
#8. Responsible for sourcing Group medical insurance plans for the company. Preparing cost-benefit analysis, coverage, and network analysis, claim ratio and reimbursement clauses, etc.
#9. Organize team building exercises for administration employees and operations team.
#10. Prepare all leave settlements, FNF settlements, ticket allowances, bonuses, loan settlements, etc.
#11. Payroll management for all employees (Headcount: <100).
#1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
#2 Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs.
#3 Experience in Accounting Softwares like Tally.
#4 Basic knowledge of Visa processing and license renewals, preferably in Freezones.
#5 Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles in UAE.
#6 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
#7 Must be available in United Arab Emirates.
