Job Purpose

Plans and directs Human Resources support within assigned business streams to include sourcing of talent, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and diversity. The HR Manager performs advanced professional work advising Business units on the application of employment, benefits and workers compensation laws and regulations and ENOC's employment policies. Functions as a member of the Integrated HR operations team, providing consultative services in the assessment of the streams HR needs and the planning/implementation of human resources projects designed to maximize organizational effectiveness.
in addition, the position entails the coaching and counselling of managers at all levels in the areas of employment regulations, performance management, organizational design and alignment, and national development.




Principal Accountabilities

Serves as counsel and as a strategic business partner for business heads within the assigned business segment. Works with key Inanagers to manage HR needs of the segment
Plans, manages and provides continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent.
Identifies and manages staffing requirements based on organizational goals and objectives and meets them to ensure the most efficient, economical processes are utilized to secure top talent.
Provides guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues ensuring that all company policies and practices are followed and applied in compliance with company and labor law. Provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel.
Responds to exception inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs at the functional level.
Partners with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment, Reviews and analyzes business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
 




Additional Principal Accountabilities

In conjunction with Learning and Training group, identifies and implements training and organizational development actions.
In conjunction with the C & CD, identifies and implements TCDPs, Competency Framework/ Assessments and UAE National talent development programmers.
In conjunction with Compensation, works to set up market pricing/compensation elements for employees within the assigned functions. Works to ensure positions and job descriptions are updated, evaluated, and market priced on a consistent basis. Communicates the end results and outcomes to the appropriate business unit personnel Acts as a formal member of the job evaluation panel.
Manages Human Resources communications to ensure all locations, managers, and or employees have access to information, as needed, in a timely manner
Provides employee relations counsel and guidance to managers regarding disciplinary procedures and ensures the implementation of these in a consistent manner respectful of inappropriate behavior. Consults with legal counsel as necessary.
Ensures various HR accountabilities are tracked through monthly HR metrics, enhancing all HR deliverables while promoting ROL
 




Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field. A CIPD certification is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of human resources generalist experience including recruitment, compensation, employment law, and employee relations,
Demonstrated expense in recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and staff development. Proven experience in assessing and implementing HR systems, including performance management, succession planning, employee surveys.
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within an organization.
Demonstrated oral and written communication abilities; demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues,
Strong PC skills including MS Office; Oracle HRMS exposure is preferred
