• Build and manage a dynamic, technology-driven real estate team focused on sales, leasing, and property management.
• Implement HR best practices, including onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Leverage digital tools and HR technology to streamline recruitment and team operations.
• Develop incentive structures and retention strategies to keep top performers motivated.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to create a productive and innovative work culture.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR management within the Dubai real estate sector.
