Our Client - Established in the early 1980's in the UAE, is a leading manufacturer, trader, and distributor of petrochemicals, petroleum products, fuels, and polymers. The company operates a state-of-the-art ester production facility in Ras Al Khaimah. Has a strong presence across the GCC, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent. The Organisation continues to expand its operations in lubricants, base oils, bitumen, and other specialized products.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR functions in compliance with UAE labour laws. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in HR Generalist activities, including Compliance, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition. This role requires Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices.

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with UAE labour laws.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts efficiently.
• Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process to draw in and retain exceptional talent.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, visa processing, and government regulations.
• Champion performance management processes, including appraisals and career development opportunities.
• Steer employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a vibrant and positive workplace culture.
• Administer training and development programs designed to boost employee skillsets.
• Maintain and regularly update HR records, reports, and legal documentation.
• Partner with senior management to ensure HR strategies are integrated with overall business goals.
