At least three years of experience in the IT HR sphere;
Ability to drive the entire cycle of the recruitment process;
Has good knowledge of staff adaptation, development, and motivation;
Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in a multitasking regime;
Has experience in corporate culture building;
High level of organization skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level;
Responsibilities:
Being responsible for administrative support of all employees ;
Organizing social and corporate events;
Recruiting and interviewing applicants;
Employee onboarding, development and training;
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits plans;
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations;
Monitoring of working hours, vacations, and other related events;
IDP process (Performance Appraisal);
Company branding development;
