As HR Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for 6,000+ employees , focusing on blue-collar workforce management, labor compliance, and high-volume recruitment . Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee HR policies and labor law compliance in the UAE
✅ Lead high-volume recruitment and workforce planning
✅ Manage employee relations, grievances, and HR strategy execution
✅ Develop and implement HR processes for a large-scale workforce Key Requirements:
✔ 11+ years of HR experience in waste management, facility management, or construction
✔ Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce management
✔ Proven ability to manage HR operations for large-scale teams (1,000+ employees)
