Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Management:


Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.


Partner with senior leadership to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy


Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:


Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.


Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.


Employee Relations and Engagement:


Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.


Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.


Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.


Performance Management:


Develop and implement performance management programs.


Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and feedback to employees.


Training and Development:


Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Support career development planning and succession planning.


Compensation and Benefits:


Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.


Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.


Compliance and Legal:


Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.


Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.


HR Analytics and Reporting:


Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.


Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.


Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in HR management, preferably consultancy background.


In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.


Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.


Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
