Job Description:
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and policy development
Develop, review, and update company policies; ensuring policies are communicated effectively and consistently enforced, with regular audits to reflect changes in the business or HR best practices
Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews and onboarding new hire and align staffing with company needs
Supervise payroll and benefits processes, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs
Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in employee development and feedback
Qualifications:
38 years old and below
Mut have Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on policy management and HR strategy.
Must have a strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Must have experience using HR technology platforms and data analytics tools to streamline processes and support decision-maki
