Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and UAE labor laws.
Respond to employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including documentation and tracking.
Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Valid UAE family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
