global expansion into new geographic markets. The HR intern will support the
Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role
provides hands-on experience in different HR functions, including recruitment,
onboarding, data management, and HR projects- across a global stage! Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Support
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings and/or reference checks.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of onboarding materials.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database.
Assist with preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employment contracts and policies.
Creation and updating of job profiles
Data Management and Reporting
Assist with data entry and maintain HR records with high accuracy.
General Support
Collaborate with other departments as needed to support cross-functional HR initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives that arise.
