Job Description:

  • Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new joiners.
  • Handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment ensuring clear and effective communication regarding policies, companywide changes and or news.
  • Oversee employee benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Assist in performance appraisals, talent management, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

A financial brokerage firm based in Dubai, offering cost effective services for foreign currency transfer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Open to British speakers
  • Female, 45 years old and below
  • Must have at least 3 yrs experience from Finance Industry
  • With strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
