Contract: 1 year (renewable)Employment: Outsourced through ManpowerGroup Middle EastAbout the Role:One of the leading multinational FMCG clients is seeking for results-oriented and motivated HR Executive to join their dynamic team to be based in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist activities, including, but not limited to, employee relations, onboarding and engagement, benefits administration, vendor management, HR records management, reporting, and analysis. As part of the exciting team, he/she will play an essential role in providing support and positive experience for the employees.Key Responsibilities:Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees covering company policies, procedures, and UAE labour laws as well as employee relations mattersCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires/joiners, including orientation, visa processing, and necessary paperworkPrepare, issue or review HR-related documents and letters (salary certificates, NOCs, contracts, etc.) with accuracyLead or contribute to employee engagement initiativesWork closely with Central Delivery Hubs to address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively and efficientlyEnsure compliance is followed with local applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessaryBenefits administrationVendor managementHR expenses reviewMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee and company records Knowledge managementAny HR projects and tasks as assignedKey Requirements:Any graduate or certificationAt least 2 years of strong HR administration and generalist experience, preferably in multinational corporationStrong analytical skills and problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinkingImpeccable attention to detail Customer centricity and natural curiosity – ability to see things through employees’ point of view Proactive, multitasker, and able to work on a fast-paced work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent collaboration, communication and influencing skillsStakeholder managementProficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel / Word / PowerPoint
