The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions within the Food & Beverage Production and Trading industry. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
  3. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  4. Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular assessments and feedback.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  6. Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  8. Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
  10. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  5. Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  6. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  8. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
  9. Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
  10. Commitment to continuous professional development.
