Job Description
Conduct comprehensive audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies. Analyze employee records and data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with department heads to assess and enhance HR practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for enhancing HR functions and mitigating risks. Facilitate training sessions for HR staff on compliance, best practices, and audit processes to promote a culture of accountability. Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR policies are updated accordingly and communicated effectively. Utilize HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and present findings to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management or auditing, preferably within a corporate setting. Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) are highly desirable. Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools to effectively manage and evaluate HR metrics. Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in HR practices.
