Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including insurance, company cars, air tickets, and mobile allowances, ensuring timely processing and compliance with policies.
Monitor and control costs associated with employee benefits and prepare regular financial reports for management.
Assist in budget forecasting for HR-related expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
2. Customer
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits, offboarding, and grievance handling, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including insurance providers, car leasing companies, and travel agencies, to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly to employee queries and provide accurate information on HR policies and processes.
3. Internal Process
Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring all exit formalities are completed in a structured and compliant manner, including clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for employee benefits, grievances, and disciplinary actions, adhering to confidentiality requirements.
Support the HR team in developing and implementing efficient processes for benefits administration, offboarding, and grievance management.
4. People
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues with sensitivity, maintaining a fair and transparent process in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in employee benefits, offboarding, or grievance management.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
