Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all company divisions.
Coordinate talent acquisition strategies to recruit qualified professionals for various sectors.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and leave management in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes effectively.
Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure organizational effectiveness.
