InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence. 


In this position, you will be responsible for: 


  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
  • Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms to the supervisor.
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager. 

The right candidate should have the following:


  • Ideally you should have at least 1 year experience working in a 5 star hotel industry in a Housekeeping environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
