Job Description

  1. Greeting Guests: Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a positive first impression.


  2. Reservation Management: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of available space.


  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.


  4. Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist in seating arrangements according to the reservation and seating plan.


  5. Communication: Collaborate with the waitstaff, kitchen, and management to coordinate efficient and smooth operations.


  6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and dining section.


  7. Assisting with Events: During events or busy periods, hostesses may be required to assist in organizing and coordinating special functions.


  8. Up-selling: Promote special offers, menu items, or promotions to increase revenue.
