Our Client a leading financier, finance services and business advisory group in UAE.
 

Job Description:
 



  • Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee IT budget and resource allocation. Stay updated on technology trends.
 
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
 
  • Systems Management: Manage and maintain critical IT systems like PMS, GRMS, network infrastructure, and security systems. Troubleshoot issues and implement security measures.
 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team. Recruit, train, and foster a positive work environment.
 
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and negotiate contracts.
 
  • Reporting: Report to the IT Director.

 

Job Requirements:

 



  • Experience: 20+ years in hospitality IT management, with in-depth knowledge of PMS, GRMS, network, and security systems.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications in relevant IT fields.
  • Education: Master's degree in C.S., IT, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
