The Hospital Networking Executive will be responsible for expanding network by onboarding new hospitals, clinics, and healthcare
providers. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building
skills to establish partnerships and maintain strong connections with
healthcare facilities. The executive will play a vital role in enhancing
UniDoc’s healthcare provider base, which will increase user options and improve
service availability on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provider Onboarding
& Relationship Management
·To identify,
approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to expand
UniDoc’s network.
·To establish
and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators and
executives.
·Act as the
main point of contact for healthcare partners for ensuring timely services to
the patients using the platform.
·To provide
ongoing support to partner hospitals and clinics, addressing any operational or
technical issues they encounter on the UniDoc platform.
2.Negotiations
& Contracts
·Negotiate
terms of collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for UniDoc and
healthcare providers.
3.Training &
Onboarding Support
·Conduct
onboarding sessions and training for new partners, educating them on how to use
UniDoc’s platform effectively.
·Ensure
partners are informed about UniDoc’s services, features, and any updates to
improve user experience.
4.Market Research & Networking
·Conduct
market research to identify potential partners and assess competitive
offerings.
5.Performance Tracking & Reporting
·Provide
regular reports and insights on partnership performance, growth opportunities,
and challenges to the management team.
