Position Summary
The HA (Home Appliances) Sales will manage HA Future Products sales and cover strategic accounts. The client set includes the on/off-line retail as well as corporate resellers. Majority of the focus will be on HA devices.
Principal Responsibilities
Analyze industry / competition trend Grow volume/revenue and market share Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans Deliver high accuracy sales forecast for short/mid-term Co-work with related departments within the company to facilitate sales Lead/support marketing team to develop & execute marketing plan (Digital, In-store, PR, events, campaigns, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of relevant B2C HA experience Sales and negotiation skills Strategic & critical thinking Ability to motivate and lead a team Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness Communication and 'people skills' Planning and organizational skills* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
