Hilti Store Representative - Dubai We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Dubai. You will have a passion for sales and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from small customers, traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, and managing cash and inventories.

What you need is:



A Bachelor of Engineering or an MBA is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years experience in either retail or sales, in similar industry System Expertise; using systems such as SAP and CRM. Superior verbal and written English communication skills, Arabic is an advantage An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment Customer activation with focus and Passion for results Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different level stakeholders and various function groups.
