Hematologist

SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated Hematologist to join dynamic team. In this position, you will provide expert care for patients suffering from various blood disorders, including but not limited to anemia, clotting issues, and hematologic cancers.

Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing ailments, executing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. You will also be involved in educating patients and their families about their conditions and available treatment options.

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients with blood disorders.
• Order, interpret, and manage laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, including chemotherapy as needed, and monitor treatment efficacy.
• Work in collaboration with oncologists, nurses, and primary care physicians to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families about blood disorders and ongoing treatment protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of hematology.
