Hematologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hematologist. In this role, you will provide specialized care for patients with blood disorders, including but not limited to anemia, hemophilia, and leukemia.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating hematological conditions, performing diagnostic procedures, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You will also be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and physical examinations of patients with hematologic disorders.
• Order, interpret, and explain laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop and execute treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Manage and follow-up on patient treatment progress, making adjustments to protocols as necessary.
• Collaborate with oncologists, primary care providers, and other specialists.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Engage in ongoing research and stay updated on advancements in hematology.
