-Supervising the strengthening of relations with internal and external partners to ensure the provision of services according to the best standards.
-Supervising the management of the complaints process with customers.-Supervising the management of the proposal process.
-Supervising the preparation of customer questionnaires for all organizational units, analyzing their results, and following up on the implementation of the recommendations derived from them.-Approving programs and workshops related to raising employee awareness of the operations and procedures of the Planning and Institutional -Excellence Office and its connections with other organizational units, and supervising their implementation.-Supervising the development and implementation of initiatives to raise the employee happiness index in the Planning and Institutional Excellence Office and its connections.-Ensuring the implementation of information security policies and procedures, and ensuring that each employee, male or female, within the office understands his or her responsibilities related to information security.-Performing any other tasks related to the work of the affiliated organizational unit or as directed.
