Job Description:
Lead the Secondary School’s daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with the school’s vision and strategic priorities.
Oversee curriculum development, teaching practices, and assessment, ensuring a modern, engaging learning environment for students in Years 7-13.
Provide professional learning opportunities, monitor staff performance, and foster team building and welfare.
Manage student welfare, behaviour support, and community service initiatives, working closely with parents and relevant staff.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote the school, engage with families, and enhance community relations.
Qualifications:
Open to British, Irish, or South African nationalities
50 years old and below
Related Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in the similar role, preferably in UAE under a British-curriculum school.
Knowledge in performance indicators of the UAE framework, EBP standards, QA Cycle, etc.
