We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and contribute to our organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in driving sales strategies, building relationships with brokerages, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring our products are effectively presented, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: Prospect and generate new business leads to achieve sales goals and business growth.
Brokerage Relationships: Establish, manage, and expand relationships with brokerages, brokers, and freelancers to drive sales success.
Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections with expertise.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including presentation, negotiation, and closing, to ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Event Participation: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management.

CRM Updates & Reporting: Keep the CRM up-to-date, ensuring accurate records of interactions and opportunities, and communicate key client updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, sales materials, and promotional activities.
Client Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, articulating the value of our products and services effectively.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and ensure that KPIs are met, reporting regularly to senior management.
