We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.In this role, you will:• Responsible for supporting the development, management, and distribution of Retail Insurance Products for WPB through following core activities:• Support in development of product, pricing, and marketing strategy, including a coherent offering of Retail Insurance products (Home, Auto, Travel and Personal Accident) to be able to fulfill customer needs and increase customer penetration Bank’s market share.• Lead alignment of the Retail Insurance Proposition for WPB in UAE with group best practices.• Focus on developing the Retail Insurance franchise with focus on increasing protection penetration across UAE.• Lead and drive partnership arrangement with several insurance providers across the product suite.• Engagement and mobilization of key stakeholders across business and functions to deliver FRP.• Accountable for first line Controls and Governance of the Insurance & Transaction Banking business• Additionally, role holder will be responsible for all Transaction Banking - wide process & policies as it pertains to Transaction Banking, as well as regulatory development initiatives.
