We are seeking a visionary Head
of Product to lead our product development initiatives and craft a compelling
product strategy that aligns with our mission in the cryptocurrency space. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience with product management in the
fintech or cryptocurrency industry and possess a profound understanding of
developing user-centric solutions that resonate in a dynamic market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the company’s cryptocurrency offerings.
Lead cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback.
Monitor and analyze market trends, user data, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature definition, design, development, and deployment.
Ensure that products comply with regulatory standards and best practices in security and privacy, particularly relevant to the cryptocurrency industry.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal execution of the product vision.
Define key product success metrics and use them to drive business outcomes.
Establish and foster a product culture that embraces testing, learning, and iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience, with atleast 4+ years of experience in the related field.
Extensive experience in product management, with a significant track record in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the evolving landscape of decentralized finance (DeFi).
Proven ability to lead and inspire product teams to deliver outstanding results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying messages to different audiences, from engineers to executives.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Desirable Experience:
Previous leadership role as a Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar in a successful cryptocurrency organization.
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative digital products in a competitive market.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric development.
