Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our


marketing efforts at GluCare. The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for


developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition,


engagement, and retention.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquisition, and retention across digital channels.
  • Independently manage the entire lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and optimization.
  • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, working closely with the Management.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across PPC, display, paid social, and other digital channels.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Partner with the data analytics team to leverage data insights for campaign optimization.Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and platforms to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 6-10 years of experience in driving growth and managing successful marketing team.
  • Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
