Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Management
• Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring all holiday homes run smoothly.
• Lead and manage housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams, ensuring top-quality service.
• Ensure all properties comply with Dubai’s holiday home regulations (licensing, inspections, etc.).
• Handle any operational challenges quickly and efficiently—be the person who solves problems, not just reports them.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property management.
Executive Assistance
• Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, helping manage schedules, meetings, and daily tasks.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and personal/business appointments as needed.
• Maintain and organize important business documents and ensure smooth workflow.
• Be the go-to person for decision-making when the CEO is unavailable.
Guest & Client Management
• Ensure VIP guests and property owners receive 5-star service at all times.
• Handle high-priority guest or owner requests, making sure any issues are resolved professionally.

✅ Hospitality or Operations Experience – Preferably 3+ years in operations, real estate, or hospitality management.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using property management software, CRM tools, and Excel.
✅ Trustworthy & Reliable – Able to handle confidential information and be the CEO’s go-to person.
✅ Fluent in English – Arabic is a plus but not required.
