invites an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales, Marketing and PR to team.
Tasks:
1. Systematize the work of regional Sales Offices (MENA, Europe, CIS, USA), based on common corporate standards.
2. Set up a streaming system for training and qualification of Sales managers.
3. Ensure that the KPIs are met by regional sales offices.
4. Formation of the holding's marketing strategy.
5. Participation in the holding's projects (with the right of option)
Functions:
1. Supervision and development of the SG Internal Sales Office.
2. Launch, coordination and maintenance of new partner Sales.
3. Control over SG leads and transactions, including conducting daily planning sessions, maintaining and analyzing sales statistics, etc.
4. Methodological support of the sales process (development of standards for Sales offices, product descriptions, etc.).
5. Creation and development of the Sales SG Academy, training and mentoring for Sales.
6. Own sales.
7. Marketing, social networks and PR.
8. Development of the CRM system.
9. Other tasks of the SG President (mediation of problem clients, sports club, etc.)
Experience in a specialized managerial position for at least 5 years,
ability to work for results, stress tolerance, decency, flexibility, discipline,
English from Intermediate and above, Russian- spoken, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage,
having connections at the level of company owners in the region is desirable.
