Head of Marketing/Performance marketing

Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Head of Marketing/Performance Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and drive brand awareness. This position is based in Dubai.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Lead email marketing initiatives to engage customers and increase retention rates.
• Utilize Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve customer journey and maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in eCommerce and performance marketing.
• Proven experience in managing ads and growing brand awareness through various channels.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, ideation, and execution.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
