10+ years' experience in UAE in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience heading the Marketing Department
E-commerce and Digital Marketing background
Experience in Media Planning, Campaign Planning, Advertising, Brand Management, Trade marketing, and strategy - a MUST for this position.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor the marketing team of 4 members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and print ads.
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to develop and launch new products and services, ensuring they are effectively promoted to the target audience.
Execute, track, and analyze marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all spending is within the approved budget and delivers the desired ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
