INOI Corporation was founded in 2016 by an Estonian businessman and a Finnish entrepreneur as a European consumer electronics brand with a mission to make technology accessible to everyone.

The story of INOI began long before that — the founders were the first global distributors of Nokia, playing a key role in expanding the brand’s international presence and directly contributing to the development of the mobile industry. They have over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications business.

On this foundation, a structure was built that today includes two directions: the INOI mobile device brand, with design developed in France and production and quality control managed in Shenzhen, China, and a separate fintech holding focused on developing digital financial solutions. Both are part of INOI Corporation — an international American technology company.

Position Overview:

We are a fast-growing international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of smartphones, with operations across multiple countries. As our team expands, we are looking for a strong Head of IT to take full ownership of our current Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and lead the development of the company’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full control of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and ensure its efficient operation across all company departments.
• Analyze and optimize current business processes in production, logistics, sales, inventory management, and finance.
• Develop and implement improvements, automation, and integrations between MD365 modules.
• Ensure IT systems are scalable to support international expansion and increasing operational volumes.
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to identify needs and propose IT solutions.
• Lead the implementation of additional systems and tools (e.g., BI analytics, e-commerce integrations, service management tools).
• Build and manage an effective IT team (internal and external), establish a support structure, and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments).
• Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, finance, and sales, and their reflection within ERP systems.
• Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and support of international or multi-company structures.
• Knowledge of system integration, information security, and vendor management.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
