Job Overview:



As the Head of International Sales (Overseas), you will be a key contributor to our team, ensuring the successful development and expansion of international markets. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in luxury real estate and hospitality, leveraging their connections and industry knowledge to acquire partners and inventory globally, with a focus on Europe, the US, and the GCC. You will create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy from scratch, train and lead a team, and drive the growth of our brand residences in international markets.

What you’ll do:



Develop and implement a strategic plan for international sales, focusing on Europe, the US, and the GCC. Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders and developers in target markets. Acquire inventory and exclusive listings for luxury brand residences worldwide. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing team to launch effective campaigns and maximize outreach. Manage and oversee all aspects of the international sales process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads. Utilize your industry connections to facilitate and accelerate market entry and growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.See all

What we’re looking for:



Extensive experience in luxury real estate or hospitality, particularly in Europe. Proven track record in international sales and business development. Strong network of industry contacts in target markets (Europe, US, GCC). Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively. Residency in Dubai, UAE, with a willingness to travel extensively. Familiarity with international market regulations and cultural nuances. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual.See all
