Kinetic has partnered with a leading Bank company who are hiring a Head of Syndicated Finance to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for developing syndication strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead new product development / expand product offering including development of product strategy and product infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and support.
• Ensure adherence with company policies, Central bank, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor market trends that can impact credit quality and business / financial conditions.
