About Us:

Our Siemens Smart Infrastructure Middle East Executive Office plays a vital role in writing the next chapter for our region. We're right at the center of the action and you will be directly collaborating with Customers, Government Authorities, Siemens Headquarters, Siemens Board Offices, Middle East Leadership Team, Local Shareholders and External Partners.

As Head of Executive Office, you will work closely with our Region Middle East SI CEO. You will advise on critical business areas such as strategy, sustainability, digitalization, and customer experience, and lead cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives. Our Executive Office is a powerful accelerator for talent careers at Siemens, providing a springboard to your next role in Siemens.

Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented!

Your activities will span being the strategic consultant to the CEO, leading high-profile regional projects to providing hands-on, content-driven support. This includes the steering all CEO office activities and leading and developing the virtual team to perform at their best.

You will contribute to strategic decision making and will prepare Shareholder Board and other executive management meetings.

You engage directly with the regional management and key functions on a broad variety of topics in a fast-paced and interdisciplinary environment.

Further tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be the Sparring Partner for Strategic Decisions: Here you will act as a trusted sounding board for the CEO, providing thoughtful feedback and challenging ideas to refine decision-making. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide alternative perspectives on strategic initiatives.
• You will run Strategic Insights & Market Trends Analysis: Provide deep insights into industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities and assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Advise on the Go-to-Market Strategy & Business Model Evaluation: In Particular the developing and refining go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and markets by offering analysis on current business models and recommendation for improvements for scalability and sustainability.
• Consultative Problem-Solving Approach: The Position holder will offer a consultative approach helping to address key challenges with creative and actionable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Technology and Innovation Advisor: Provide guidance on leveraging emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge and enhance operational efficiency. Advise on digital transformation strategies, automation, AI, Metaverse and tech stack optimization.
• Communication Strategy and Thought Leadership: Develop and refine the CEO's communication strategy for both internal and external audiences. Work with Communication department closely. Assist with content creation, messaging, and positioning for social media, conferences, and stakeholders together with Communication department. Advise on engagement strategies across social platforms, including personal branding and digital influence.
• Networking & Strategic Partnerships: Identify and recommend strategic partnerships, alliances, and networking opportunities that align with business goals. Facilitate introductions to key industry stakeholders and potential partners.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• The basis for your success is an excellent academic qualification in business, economics or engineering from reputable university of college.
• We are looking for long years professional experience in management consultancy, international business development, project and/or partnership management.
• You will bring with high ability to coordinate complex and cross-functional projects.
• You will impress us with your excellent business network. Knowledge of Middle East markets and ideally first knowledge of Siemens business, customer base and markets.
• Strong commercial awareness, sharp business sense and analytical skills.
• Passionate about learning, coaching, innovation and technology.
• You see problems as opportunities, have a growth mindset, challenge the status quo and permanently strive for outstanding results.
• Excellent and professional PowerPoint and Excel skills in business presentations and reports.
• Fluent level of English, while Knowledge of Arabic and German languages is big advantage.
