Head of Ecommerce /Tech/Digital

Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Head of Ecommerce/Tech/Digital to spearhead our digital transformation and eCommerce strategy. This position is based in Dubai.

• Lead the overall eCommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee app development initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Drive CRO efforts to optimize conversion rates across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a strong technical background.
• Proven track record in app development and working with digital teams.
• Deep understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
