Head of Creative Services

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Head of Creative Services  to join our existing team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Head of Creative Services is responsible for leading the development and implementation of branding strategy, graphics plan and the creative and production direction for on-air promotions organization wide. The incumbent works across the organization to coordinate branding initiatives.

• Directs management and resources of Promotions and Graphics office in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provides leadership to facilitate the implementation of the creative and branding strategy in close partnership with interdependent departments.
• Communicates with all levels of management and across multi-disciplinary teams throughout all phases of projects.
• Ensures that assigned projects meet their assigned deadlines
• Monitors and improve quality and effectiveness of on On-Air Promotions, cross-promotions and Graphic design.
  

• Degree in Graphics, Marketing or Communications.
• Demonstrated experience in TV broadcast graphics, promotions and branding.
• Strong Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong creative and strategic skills.
• Demonstrated time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Proven ability and background to manage and lead staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
• Knowledge of the media environment in the target region.
