To develop the capability of the Buying Team in order to ensure a commercial brands, range and product selction process.
Ensure communication and relationship management is maintained with all key suppliers, internal marketing teams and Store Operations.
Fully responsible for building and implementing the category plan across the business.
Product planning - using comprehensive department analysis to develop a strategic view at the most appropriate product level, for key KPI’s and key customer drivers.
Produce a buying and trading calendar, including a critical path for all product launches.
Planning of all promotional activity for the season.
Fully accountable for WSSI and commercial gross margin profit and loss management.
Should be proactive and and fired up attitude and driven, with strong commercial and analytical skills.
Should have a proven international track record in developing and leading teams and excel in both written and verbal communication.
