We are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics with deep knowledge of Power BI to manage the processes of data collection, consolidation, and visualization. In this role, you will be responsible for building dashboards for analyzing key business indicators, automating reporting, and leading a team of analysts. The main goal is to create and maintain a robust analytical infrastructure capable of providing accurate and timely data for decision-making.

• Development and maintenance of reporting systems and dashboards in Power BI to track business metrics.
• Collection and consolidation of data from various sources to create comprehensive analytical reports.
• Automation of data collection and processing processes for regular dashboard updates.
• Leading a team of data engineers, managing workflows, and assigning tasks.
• Collaborating with various departments within the company to understand their data needs and create customized solutions.
• Continuous optimization and improvement of existing dashboards and data visualization processes.
• Conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improving business processes.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting to support decision-making processes.
